How many sats is a cup of coffee?
A satoshi (“sat”) is the smallest unit of Bitcoin. Each Bitcoin is divisible into 100 million of them. Play around.
quadrillion
Your share of a monetary network.
Only 21 million bitcoin will ever exist, and each one divides into 100 million satoshis. That's a fixed supply, forever. Every sat you hold is a slice of that network — not “a fraction of a coin.”
“It might make sense just to get some in case it catches on.”— Satoshi Nakamoto, January 2009
Where we are in the cycle.
Bitcoin's supply tightens every ~4 years at the halving. Here is the honest snapshot — no price targets.
Current block
Days since halving
Blocks to next
Each cycle's run has been smaller
Peak gain from the cycle low — diminishing returns, not a promise. (illustrative)
Nobody reliably times the top. Stack steadily, hold your own keys.

Built by a Bitcoiner, for everyone.
Hey, I'm Amy.
I'm a solo builder and Bitcoin advocate. For years, friends and family kept asking me the same questions: "What even is Bitcoin?" "How do I buy some?" "Is it too late?" I found myself having the same conversation over and over — and honestly, I loved every one.
So I built this app to capture that feeling. Bitcoin Basics for Everyone is designed to feel like you're talking to a friend who gets it and wants to help — simple language, no pressure, no judgment. Just honest, clear explanations from someone who's been where you are.
Whether you're completely new or just want to understand things better, this app was made for you. I built every lesson, picked every word, and obsessed over every detail — because I believe everyone deserves to understand Bitcoin, not just the tech-savvy.
Tip a few sats.
The free lessons are here for everyone, no strings attached. If they helped you and you'd like to say thanks, you can send a little Bitcoin over Lightning — or just a kind note. Completely optional — and it means a lot.
